Clannad is an ongoing drama,romance anime series being subbed by Eclipse.Great anime,one of my favorite.It's sad but not depressing, I've watched episode 09 a week ago, it was sad but sweet as well, i like the song they played in the last part, cool so far. Some were asking if this series is for boys or girls, I'd say or some might say that it's definitely for both. While the origins of the story come from a male-audience medium, the anime is something I'd recommend to any female friend who watched anime. Indeed, a lot of guys would be turned away by the seriousness of the drama and relative lack of explosions, because involuntarily having your heartstrings played like a violin isn't something a lot of us are comfortable with. Personally, I'd recommend it to anybody who calls themselves a human.
